I've been visiting that beach (and all over Big Sur) since I was 7 years old!

I have a treasured photo I took of the beach with the sun rays coming through the famous hole in the rock.

It's such a beautiful, special, and magical place.

It was even a location for an Elizabeth Taylor/Richard Burton film called "The Sandpiper" that my parents loved. If you scroll down at the following link, the 2nd photo shows them in front of the rock.

The beach was closed to the public when Prince Harry and Duchess Meghan visited it. (!) :)

I'm glad you got to experience Pfeiffer in such a profound, amazing, meaningful way!

I love this, Dyane! It is indeed a magical place. Maybe we should plan a visit together sometime when I’m in town. ☺️

Excellent work. A regular meditation practice has been associated with improvements in stress management, attention, and psychological resilience, making it a meaningful addition to many people’s overall wellness routines. At the same time, it’s important to remind ourselves that terms such as “quantum jump” are often used metaphorically in the wellness space rather than in the scientific sense used in physics. While meditation has a growing evidence base for supporting mental health and stress reduction, claims about quantum mechanisms or extraordinary transformations should be interpreted cautiously unless supported by rigorous scientific evidence. Perhaps one of the most valuable aspects of meditation is not that it changes the laws of nature, but that it can change how we relate to our thoughts, emotions, and daily experiences. Thanks for sharing this thoughtful reflection.

For me, I visualize a wall full of bubbles. The bubbles show me in the same place and the same time at different parallel universes, and I get to choose one to go in. Then I pass through this thick and heavy dimension (instead of a door) to get there. This method was shown to me by a "teacher" in one of my vivid dreams, so I've been using this visualization for my quantum jump meditations.

Beautiful method! I need to hear more about your quantum jump meditations sometime…

During this dream that I aforementioned above, I really felt the heaviness with my entire body when I was passing through this thick dimension - I was wondering if it was what's like passing through a birth canal.

Anyhow, I have these strange, extremely vivid dreams once in a while - the kinds that you wake up and wonder if you are still dreaming or not, and there are different teachers teaching me different skills (like how to communicate telepathically, how to do molecular manipulation, etc). Unfortunately, I didn't write down every time, but I try to! Anyhow, I really love your writings, because I find many similarities between us. ❤️

Thank you for sharing, Joomee. Part 2 is going to delve into dreams for sure. Amazing that you have such vivid dreams where you are being taught powerful techniques. I am so glad we connected. I hope our paths cross again one of these days and we can talk in more detail about these topics.

That was so beautiful...i can't wait to read part 2.

Interesting you referenced smelling something and "have I become a beast.." (paraphrasing you)...because the other day on a walk I caught the smell of a tree and/or flowers in the wind, from somewhere, and I was caught off guard by how Primal I felt in that moment of awareness. I remember saying to myself aren't we just all just beautifully dressed animals.

I am so glad you enjoyed the article, Heather. Love that you can relate to that primal feeling… in touch with your inner beast! Hope life is treating you well!
